Ip adding problem

I have rented a vds server. They said to me I have got 4 ips.

First one is my server ip:
http://xxx.xx.xx.49

It works fine and I have 4 sites on this ip.

When I write this server ip to my address bar it says:

"Apache is functioning normally."


I have other 3 ips as:
http://xxx.xx.xx.50
http://xxx.xx.xx.51
http://xxx.xx.xx.52

I have added this ips to my panel at admin level.And assigned to admin. But When I write them to my address bar there is a problem. It waits to find the ip and gives "Time out error"

There is something wrong but I couldn't find it. What should I do now?

Without the actual ip addresses we are just guessing.

Since your data is in control over your ip addresses you should probably write them.
