Hi,

I registered for the freehosting and wanted to host my website. I received Direct Admin Cpanel credentials from freehosting. I entered incorrect credentials multiple times and got blacklisted myself.

I think because I am using the free version I have limited access to the CPanel and I can not whitelist my IP

Could you please help me to whitelist my IP?
 
Please check what you have. Because cPanel is a complete different panel than Directadmin. So it's either one or the other.
But this is a forum for admins and resellers. If you are a customer, please consult your hosting company for support.
 
I am using direct admin web control panel to host my website. I got direct admin credentials from free hosting.

They mention the control panel url is: https://panel.freehosting.com:2222/

Since my IP is locked I can not go to this URL but there is a link provided with the blacklisted message on how to whitelist the IP and the instruction is also from direct admin.

I can not follow the instruction as it required SSH login and direct admin doesn't provide me SSH key access. I do not have full access to the root structure

Please help me if possible
 
You need to work with freehosting.com. It's their server, not DirectAdmin.
