I cannot add a free IP to a reseller account for it to use on its own domains. It just wont show up.
If I make a user under that reseller, and the IP is assigned to the reseller, then I can assign it to the user.
If I go into the resellers user properties from the admin account, I cannot see the IP there either, assigned or unassigned, doesnt matter.
