I accidently rsynced my directadmin/data/ directory from an old server, causing my IP assignments to go all haywire. However, I noticed that the although the IP on the text files are changed, the Admin panel is still showing the correct IP.
Question 1, how come the IPs do not follow what is recorded on the text files in the /data directory? Does directadmin keep the IP assignment on a seperate database?
Question 2, if it uses a database, how are values updated to it ? Does the tallying do all the updating?
