Hi

After reinstalling all the server, there are some problems, in IP.

1st : all IP have not been given to all persons. I have 2 shared IP. Main IP of server have been given to some user having the second one shared IP

2nd : for some people, they can't access to directadmin.

For example : domain info-net.org:2222 on IP 91.121.51.63 do not reach main IP server 188.165.219.97

For me, no problem, but for some user, it is impossible. And they are banned after some try, by CSF (paranoid mode after hack attack).

Not sure to be clear... but I try

Another thing : I have only 5 users counted in 2nd shared IP, and I have about 30 users with it.

So some strange problems. Thanks for your help

What help are you waiting from us? Do you want to report a bug or to get a guide how to fix your problem?

If the first, please, post more details in proper forum.

If the second, the only way you can go now is to fix it manually.

For example : domain info-net.org:2222 on IP 91.121.51.63 do not reach main IP server 188.165.219.97

What does that mean? You can not ping 188.165.219.97 from 91.121.51.63? Or what?

I'm not sure, whether directadmin does counting usage every night. But you can fix it manually in shell. See /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips/
 
Yes, not easy to help me, because my problem is not very clear in my head...


Main IP : 188.165.219.97
Ip dedicated to a domain : 91.121.53.61
Another IP shared : 91.121.35.44

If I do 91.121.53.61:2222 or 91.121.35.44:2222
I go to 188.165.219.97:2222 => Not sure that it is logical.

Before reinstallation, i have not this, and in another server, I have not this.
So, if I do 91.121.53.61:2222, I have to leave in 91.121.53.61:2222

So, I believe something is not put correctly in IP.


And, when some users do 91.121.35.44:2222 (or domain:2222) they have a message : timeout, and after some try, they are banned from the server by csf.

If you have some idea about my error(s) for IP, you re welcome !

Ok, I understand redirection.
And for some users who can't connect... it is so stupid :rolleyes:, I don't know if I can write it...

I just delete wrong port in csf (directadmin port instead old ssh port).
Just strange some other users (like me) can connect to directadmin
 
And you are right about count IP.
This morning, it appears correct numbers of users in each IP.

So I think all is now perfect.

There was no real problem, just a stupid error, and I thunk it was an IP problem
