The Reseller can go into his own "List/Modify Accounts" , then "Modify your own User data", then select the IP from the list. Remember that he has to be assigned the IP from the Admin IP Manager screen.
I couldnt remove any of the records from the admin panel, or some of them from the user panel. So i had to re-create the account. It took a few hrs to do but anyway.
The update has been available since friday night, it just hasn't been forced out yet. You can update by click update in the Admin Licensing / Updates screen.
