Is Freehosting update or upgrade thier servers right now ?

Salaam and Hello,

I Got Error from my web:

Forbidden​

You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe


Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at ****.com Port 80

I was sent a few tickets to Technical Teams Support - Freehosting.com. But never get any reply.

Actually i don't touch my web about almost 1 month (i.e for editing or update). But a few days ago, when my client asking me about problem when accessing my web, i feel little bit shocked but i'm still in positive way, by my experience, it maybe just for a day or a few hours. Shocking me, it took more then 3 days until now the problem was not solved and without answers from Freehosting teams.

Actually, is freehosting update or upgrade thier servers right now ? They didn't tell us and we don't know what is actually happened inside Freehosting.com. If they answer my tickets i will get the answers to tell back to my clients what is actually happend.

If i need to change my hosting to new host, it will taking some effort to configure it again and wasting my money. Hmm... :(

What about your experience and suggestion ? Please, share with me... Tq for you comments.

Sorry but this is a support forum only for DirectAdmin License owners and users with questions directly related to DirectAdmin.
For everyone else (And thus also you) we can not help you here. As this is not a issue/question on DirectAdmin itself but rather on your hosting company.

I'm sorry. I thought DirectAdmin is from Freehosting.com. Because Freehosting.com also use DirectAdmin as cPanel. Again, sorry. ? Thanks for your reply, Mr. realcryptonight.
