Issue with Email Delivery: Users Can Send but Not Receive

Recently, I migrated my users to a new domain and server, and while everything appears to be functioning smoothly, there's a persistent issue: users from the previous setup are unable to receive emails, although they can send them (altho ending up in the spam folder). I reviewed the DNS management settings, and they appear to be correct. Interestingly, new users on the same host don't seem to have this problem.

Moreover, I conducted a mail-test, which yielded a perfect score of 9/10. However, when attempting to send emails from Gmail accounts, I encountered the following error message:

TLS Negotiation failed: FAILED_PRECONDITION: starttls error (71): 41064119585408:error:10000458:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:TLSV1_ALERT_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME:third_party/openssl/boringssl/src/ssl/tls_record.cc:592:SSL alert number 112"
keep that in mind I am not using BoringSSL either. Any insights or assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
