Issue with plugin JetBackup for DirectAdmin Error: Registering Destination... Failed

I try connect storage box Hetzner for JetBackup. But everytime I get:
Error: Registering Destination... Failed - Error: Warning: Permanently added 'xxxxxx.your-storagebox.de,136.xxx.xx.xxx' (RSA) to the list of known hosts. Permission denied (publickey,password).

Does anyknow from this error come?

This error may occur when you attempt to use the root user for the SSH destination and the sshd_config file is not set to allow it. To fix this issue, you can create a non-root user on the SSH destination server and use this user to configure your new destination in JetBackup. Please note that it is not recommended to use the root account for backups. Alternatively, you can modify the sshd_config file to allow the use of the root user for backups by editing the PermitRootLogin line in /etc/ssh/sshd_config to "yes". I resolved in this way:

1) Change port from 22 to 23
2) Change path to ./backups

or
/home/backups

Hetzner Storage
