Issues With dns cname

Hello,
I am new with direct admin just transferred from Cpanel and i love it! i have been struggling with a lot of issues lately but the one that i can't solve is adding a cname from my CDN, the cname i try to add is cdn.domain.com to direct to cdn.domain.com.web.cdn.anycast.me but the panel always configure it to direct to cdn.domain.com.web.cdn.anycast.me.domain.com any idea how can i get around it on user or admin level ?

just add a dot at the record end
cdn.domain.com.web.cdn.anycast.me.
