I tried to log a bug I ran into in DirectAdmin, used the ticket system for that. Instead of a "thank you" now the support staff replies: It seems support for this license has expired. May you renew it in your clients area?

Yes, this is a lifetime license, but apparantly support is no longer covered. Fine with me. I wasn't the one in need of support here, DirectAdmin was. I spent time writing the bug report, showing what went wrong and why it probably happened. So I guess the question now is: where do I log bugs?
 
Right now, the current situation is that you have to report those bugs/issues in the forum if you don't have a license with support included. I feel too like it's a bit pitty but it's a decision by DirectAdmin staff and some issues reported in the forum are fixed :).
