ok i just got my account and ive been using microsoft expression web and made my index page but i tried loading it on public_html on this site but it wont work and i made sure the file name was index.htm so does anyone know where to put it or y it wont work thanks in advance

How are we supposed to help you if you don't tell us what the web site address is? Somebody has already asked you this once.

Yes that is what we mean. If you had given that to us in the first place we could have told you that leveluparcade.com is not being hosted on a DirectAdmin server (unless you have change the port DA listens on). So there is your problem.

but i did hosting lagoon and got it for leveluparcade.com

It still does not change the fact that leveluparcade.com is not being hosted on a DA server. You need to ask your hosting company for help.

I feel like I am repeating a lot of stuff. leveluparcade.com does not answer on port 2222 so therefore it is not on a DA server. See previous post.

Its obvious you need help from your hosting company as I have stated before. What does your hosting company have to say about it?
