License check failed after csf CC_DENY CN,SG,VN,IN,KR,NL
So where licence server located to exclude it from list?

I block some country too.
CN and IN is fine.

What was the error?

We've had similar license issues and it was due to the DirectAdmin service restarting resulting in us being locked out.

In my case it's definitely CC_DENY problem, it' only that was changed, and DA failed to start due to failed license check in few hours. After I removed all newly added countries and leave CN only - all work again.

I`ve blocked CN,SG,VN,IN,KR without problems. I had NL also blocked, but got email troubles from customers, no lic prob. At the moment NL is not blocked, the others (and more) are, and all fine with lic.

Interesting to see what countries you would block.

Maybe they have one on all the Download servers
The current, official list of mirrored file servers is as follows:
