License check failure

I've read pretty much all the other posts and questions regarding licensing issues and read and re-read https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/general-usage/licensing.html multiple times.
My issue is when I restart DirectAdmin or when I run the command /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getLicense.sh 'LICENSE_KEY' the issue goes away for a couple of minutes.
journalctl -u directadmin -e gives these errors regarding license:

and I have no problems connecting to https://licensing.directadmin.com with wget or curl and needless to say my license is valid when I check it on https://licensing.directadmin.com

I put DirectAdmin update channel on stable(used to be on alpha) and updated it and it is currently on version 1.645.

PS: I bought the license from a third party hosting provider. They suggested I update the OS but I have so many websites on that server and I can't take that risk right now.
PS2: The license.key file used to be owned by root but I changed the owner to directadmin and the problem still persisted.

What is your OS ? if it is an EOL OS maybe that is the problem

How its even possible that you can buy license others than DA (or your server/datacenter provider) itself ?
CentOS 7.9

Where I bought the license from is a company which provides a variety of services. I'm sure they get their licenses from DA since direct transactions are not easily possible for regular people with the outside world(I'm from Iran.)

@MiladFaint unfortunately that license is illegal for resale:

Please have your provider offer a retail license key, and then we would be happy to troubleshoot more (because it looks like specialized troubleshooting might be needed). It is really no problem to use a middleman, assuming they order the correct license. The license you received comes with special terms and it is not the kind that can be freely resold/rented for use anywhere.

Something I haven't mentioned (since I didn't think was important) is that the license came with some kind of package deal for a hosting service I got from that company. I don't know if it still counts as illegal or not.
Is there some kind of a test license key I can replace the current one with so I can find the cause of this problem? Because I don't know if it stems from the license key or there's something wrong with my server. And as you might know, there's some stuff going on in Iran so they might have put some restrictions on the datacenter.
Thank you very much!

A different license key wouldn't change the error you are getting. This will likely require more advanced troubleshooting, beyond what can be done in a forum, so please ask your provider to open a ticket so we can escalate the issue. It is their license and their servers/network, so they are in the best position to provide us resources we may need to troubleshoot.
