I'm just trying to add a dns to a domain, so why am i getting this error?

License limits exceeded
9 of 1 accounts currently exist.

If you do show all users in Admin. How many are there?

I assume you have Personal License.

Yes, there's 9 users and yes personal license on this server.
But i don't see why that would interfere with a dns entry

You are allowed 1 User (admin) and 10 domains.
not 10 users with 1 domain.

You need to combine all the domains under 1 user which would be "Admin"

Since you are over the limit functionality is blocked.

ok thanks - is there an easy way to move these domains to a single user?
I see i can move between resellers, but that's not the same thing....
