Hi, we have 546 ID. We've tried several times, last two months, to contact sales. We want to qualify for internal licensing and we have no answer from you at all about it.
Please check u don't have our mail banned or give us an explanation.

Still waiting an answer, this is quite awesome...
We will begin looking for alternatives, cant wait much longer.
 
Generally DirectAdmin responds; if you don't hear from them you should check to see if you may somehow be blocking email from them.

Hello,

As Jeff mentioned, we do reply to everything. If you use the safesubmit.php script, then we should be getting your messages.

I did check our mail logs and did see multiple outbound messages to the email address we have on file for you (user 'carlos').. so they are being sent.. I'm not sure if they're getting dropped at the other end though.
