Licensing / Updates problem

Hi All ,

When entering Licensing / Updates from the admin level, willing to upgrade DA to the newest 1.26.2 version :

DirectAdmin Values

-Compiled for: FreeBSD 5.3
-Server Version: 1.26.1
-Current Available Version: unable to connect
-Last Updated: Fri Dec 23 06:37:57 2005

The bold text is my problem. Clicking the update link tells me :

Update not necessary

Details

You already have the most recent version of the program

What could be the reason for my error ?

its a socket error.
thy to ssh your server and type:
dalicupdate to update your license when needed.
daupdate to update to newst version of DA
