Lifetime license query

I am debating whether or not to buy a used external license, or just get an internal one.

As I understand it, if I sell dedicated servers, or colocation space I qualify for internal licenses (which I do). While those cost much less, I can't sell them if I no longer need them. Used external licenses vary in price, so depending on what I find I could go one way or the other.

If you have any lifetime licenses for sale please let me know...

I guess I am asking if anyone has used lifetime licenses for sale (sometime I guess I ramble... sorry).
