limit the number of emails sent by each user

I want to limit each individual email account to say 200 email messages a day. I think this does it. Question is, does it send a notification to the individual email account that it has gone over the limit so they know what is going on? If so is there a template I can modify to customize this message?

The option:
notify_user_on_mass_emailing=1
will also notify the User that he's hit the limit.
The User notification will not happen if notify_on_mass_emailing is not enabled.
