Litespeed not running

Hi, new to Open:LiteSpeed with Direct Admin. From what I can tell everything appears to be working, however, when I go to the OpenLiteSpeed Web Server Plugin it shows LiteSpeed is not running and the WebAdmin Console and Restart LiteSpeed are not accessible. Normal or not, if not, how do I fix it?

Hello. I've never used the plugin.

As far as I know their webinterface for managing OpenLiteSpeed does not support structure of config files managed by DirectAdmin. Probably it is the reason.

Any way as they write, you might contact litespeedtech for all related questions and issues.

That is LiteSpeed plugin, OpenLitespeed doesn't have one.
