Location of user_suspension.txt template

where is the new user_suspension.txt template located as mentioned in http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=675 ? I can't find it anywhere.

try this in your shell:

updatedb
locate user_suspension.txt

and if everything is good it will show you where it is
