login problem - different level

i login to customer account (reseller) and when i try to login as his customer (user account) i got kick out of DA. am i not allow to login as reseller's customer?

Are you the systems administrator?

Are you logging in first as the systems administrator, and then logging in to the reseller account?

If you do that then you can't log into the user account without typing in a password, as DA can only manage two password levels and you're trying to go into another level.

If you don't know the user's password there are two things you can try:

1) exit the reseller account and log into the user account from the admin account.

2) Login using your admin password this way:

username: admin|username
password: admin-password
