Login Problem - Site off line

Hey. I had to overcome a significant system crash. When I got back on track, my site was gone, and I have been unable to log in. Using all the same ID's and passwords. What can I do? Sent support emails, no response yet.

Reset you password through ssh using the passwd command.

Did you lose data when your server crashed? It sounds like it. Do you have backups?
A lot of things depend on what went wrong and what you did to fix the problem.
 
thanks for the info. what I have discovered is that the saved log on information is not working. I have tried IP address, control panel login, etc. and it is as if my site was never there. ssh was accessed, with the same issue.

I am concerned that the entire account is wiped.
 
Are you the owner of the server? If not you should contact your hosting provider.
If yes you'll probably need direct console access or get a datacenter technician to do it remotely for you.
