no it's not what I have as a pb.
I removed the awstats plugins from the control panel web interface.
impossible to find it for download if someone had the plugins saved in a corner would be welcome

There is not any official Awstats plugin I am aware of, I don't see any plugin on our servers despite Awstats was enabled on them

the links no longer work the plugins work perfectly I don't know what I did, I deleted it by mistake and no way to find it

As said nothing officially but an personal project.
I understand that it was an very handy plugin but I would discourage you to use (outdated / Jan-2006 !) plugin.
That said , try to find the maker @fusionictnl and ask him to provide ( I assume their website is https://fusion-ict.nl/)
