I have recently added a reseller domain to my directadmin setup and their domain is throwing a "Low port test" on dnsreport

Do you know what would be causing this?

All the other domains on the same server are fine so I doubt it is a firewall issue.

Error: Our local DNS server was unable to get your MX record. This usually means that a firewall in front of your DNS server is interfering. For example, it may be blocking DNS packets from low source port numbers (ours is often in the 1024-1030 range). Firewalls should never block DNS queries based on the source IP address; otherwise, it is guaranteed that legitimate queries will be blocked. This specific lookup must be cached, so a recent change may not be reflected.

The original poster appears to have resolved the issue. Hopefully he'll respond and tell us what he did.

I don't. I see at dnsreport.com:
OK. Our local DNS server that uses a low port number can get your MX record. Some DNS servers are behind firewalls that block low port numbers. This does not guarantee that your DNS server does not block low ports (this specific lookup must be cached), but is a good indication that it does not.
