Mail (box) limitations

Are there limitations for setting disk quotas when an email account has been set to unlimited?

Customer of my says that maximum size is 2MB, which seems me a little bit low while the customer has plenty of disk space.

Any sugestions what/where I must change something?

2MB is the maximum you can upload in webmail clients; I think your customer is confused.
