Mail don't work for all users

hi i got this problem with the mail not sending, it keeps sending me a mail delivery failed email.

this is what i got

i got about 50 more of these emails, and all of my clients can't use there email either.

for some reason alot of memory is being used, maybe thats got to do with it.
i don't know what to do anymore so if anyone can help me out, il be a very happy guy. :D

First I'd check to make sure I've got proper reverse DNS set up for the main IP# of your server.

Second I'd check to make sure your main IP# isn't listed in any blocklists.
