I have a customer experiencing bounce back messages when sending to a list on our DA server.
"Subject: BOUNCE [email protected]: Message too long (>160000
chars) "
I've manually increased the size of the allowed message and every time it reports that their message is greater than the allowed length. I've also looked at one of the bounced emails to the list. They are usually 1-2 short paragraphs and a ~250k PDF.
Any ideas on this?
