mail problem

One of my customers has a pop3-mailbox that he doesn't remember the password off any more. So he logs into his control panel goes to POP3 e-mailaccounts: but he doesn't see the checkbox to select the pop3 account (as described on site-helpers.com) or any other way to change the pop3 password.

How can this be solved ?

Ok bummer, fixed it myself.
The part before the @ was the same as the login name of the control panel. So all he had to do was use as username just the loginname and as password the same as for the control panel.
