Main Domain User Level Issue

I have logged into DA at admin level and when I click user level the main domain is not listed. Can anyone assist me?

Thanks, I do not see a place to add the domain to the admin user. A new user cannot be created for the domain because the "domain exists" error occurs. What steps am I missing?

Are you getting a "domain" cannot be created or "user" cannot be created?

Do you already have DNS records for the domain?

As admin check for DNS for the domain, and if you have it delete it so you can add the domain.

Note that the domain cannot be the same as the server name or you'll have problems with email.
