Main site not visible in Africa

I have a client who lives in Africa most of the times. He told me recenly that while he can see his own site there, he cannot see my main site there at all. My main site is...

Why this?

I use DynDNS's Secondary DNS service for my nameserver. See here http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/secdns/

Anywhere I screwed up?

As him to make like a "nslookup" from his machine and see how it picks up your IP/server. then you might see which DNS it was responding.

My suggestion anyway.
