Major Help, New to DA

So I am new to VPS and DA. I purchased and dl'd noahs classifieds and have no clue how to transfer the files onto the server. I know its a noob question, but yes I am new to DA.

Or if you are using Windows you can just open My Computer and type into the address bar ftp://www.yourwebaddress.com and it will prompt you for your ftp username and password and you can drag and drop file just like you were managing files on your own computer.
