Manage DNS of domain pointer

Hello dear,

I would want managed DNS record of domain pointer to receive mail of this domain.

I must redirect to another server and change the appropriate DNS to receive mail.

However, DNS mmanagement of domain pointer cannot allow any change but give me the link "manage" that not work when make change...

How managed to change mx record for my domain pointer ?

Are you the administrator of the server or are you a user on the server? If you are a user, it is possible that the administrator has disabled the function to manage the DNS record for your account. If that is the case then you should contact the administrator of your server and ask him/here to make the modifications for you.

I'm only user of the dedicated ip server...

I go asked to my hosting to see this features...

Maybe, i think that cannot change DNS from domain in "domain pointer" and that ONLY "hosted domain" can be DNS Managed...

Can us managed DNS from "Domain pointer" ?

Only the server admin account can manage that DNS record; contact your hosting company.

If it's your server, then you login as admin and do the DNS management with that login.

If it's not your server, contact your hosting company.
