Master POP email login available?

The combination of cpanel and Horde allows me to log into clients email accounts for troubleshooting, however this doesn't appear to be available in a default DA installation. Am I overlooking it?

Summary: Can I check POP email accounts without having the password (use master login) or resetting a password for that particular account?

There's no such thing as a master password for POP3.

As for Horde, it uses IMAP rather than POP.

However, I know of no IMAP master password either.

If you know their cp password, you have access to all their email accounts.

You could suggest to DA to add a "show password" feature.

Is my conclusion accurate below?
- Horde can access all email accounts using default login within cPanel or Direct Admin
- DirectAdmin's Squirrel mail and UebiMiau do NOT have this ability

You could suggest to DA to add a "show password" feature.

DA doesn't store passwords; it stores one-way encodes of the passwords. So DA can't show the password because it doesn't know it.
