Mem Panic

Hi,
I´m running Debian, with DA, and just had the server running from Friday.
Everything checks out, and all processes are running.
However, we have to reboot every 10/12 hours.
the reason for this is that Apache and Spamassasin go mad, and the pids go skyhigh.
This makes the free mem go down like mad, and it seems just like a countdown until it gets to about 5000kB.
If we do not reboot, everything just starts to slow down untiol it is impossible to actually connect.
We have look at all logs, done scan in the system, but we have not managed to find anything except for a problem with a phpbb forum, which was not updated to the latest version.
Apart from that, we cannot find anything out of place. The Data Center Techs have also given it a once over, and they can´t find a damn thing.
However, the problem persists, and we cannot get over it.
If anybody has any ideas, I would appreciate a helping hand here, as I am stuck...
Thanks to all
