message frozen

Hi,

In our mainlog there are Thousand of errors like below all from te same we did found anyting, exim is the latest version from DA .

Please can sombody help ? These is the output from : tail -f /var/log/exim/mainlog

hard to say what is causing that. Make sure you have the latest exim.conf and exim.pl and are using da's exim 4.50-2.

Yes we have already the latest versions installed as you suggested, how can we stop those mail the come with thousands per hour!!

This error isn't specific enough to debug the problem... there should be another error in your log somewhere saying why the message was frozen in the first place.

One reason this could happen is if you've accepted mail for nonexistent users, or if you've filtered out some spam or viruses, and are then trying to return it to nonexistent users.

You can delete any messages in the queue and then restart qmail.
