Migrating data from old harddrive

Hello,

I need help please. Here is the situation:

1. I have reloaded the OS.
2. I have the data from the old harddrive containing all files and directories like /var/, /home/, /usr/, etc..

My question is how do I migrate the configurations of users including their files, directories, emails, databases, etc.. to the new loaded OS without re-creating every single user?

you should have used the admin backup / tranfer feature to take a dump of everything and then import it into the new server / os. We recently did for one of the server and it worked perfectly fine.
