Hey guys,
I hope this is an easy question to answer.
I'm moving a couple users from one of our DA servers to another.
I read through the instructions at: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=57
I created the user backup on the old server, moved the backup files to the new server. And I copied over the packages/* and added the nam einto packages.list and made sure ht epermissions and ownership was correct on those files.
Then I went to restore the useraccounts (selecting use the shared ip).
It seemed to restore them. The home directories were created, and all the files were transferred. The usernames re added to the users.list.
Problem is, I don't see the domains listed in the CMD_ALL_USERS_SHOW. I can view them manually when using the url:
https://newda.server.com:2222/CMD_SHOW_USER?user=username
typing the username manually.
However, when attempting to log in as the user, it displays the domain selection screen of the user panel, with "No Data to Show" instead of where you would select the domain.
It may also be useful to note that attempting to access the website through http://ip.address.da.server/~username
does not work either (403 forbidden)
Did I do something wrong?
