Missing information on a backup error

Hello,
on one of my servers I got a message saying:

An error occurred during the backup (id=1)

looking inside I see a lot of:

User {USER} has been backed up.

but one of them is missing:

User {USER1} has been backed up. <2:32:37>








<2:40:43>
User {USER3} has been backed up. <2:43:21>

what could that be?

Make sure you're not accidentally skipping the user when selecting users to back up.

Try backing up the user alone to see whether it gets backed us successfully or if you get a specific error.
