Modsec on specific Domain

I have try with this step from DirectAdmin.
Admin - Custom HTTPD Configurations - .. select domain

After that,.. I insert this code.

And Save, and back, and klik button BUILD REWRITE CONF, and go to Service Monitor, Restart Httpd.
But it does not work.
