hello every one

i have big problem

when i want to create user in whmcs for new server this(DA) error occur


Module Command Error
7 - couldn't connect to host

also i install apf firewall and even i turn it off nut the problem occurred .
now i have to craet user manually in direct admin admin level.

but for cpanel server , whmcs create user without any problem.

can you tell me what is wrong
