Move site from one server to other

I tried to restore a backup from one da server to another. However i get this:

You do not own the IP 193.xxxxxx. User xxxxx will not be created.

How to fix this?

How i did it.
Extracted the backup tarball.

Edited user.conf and recreated the tarball.

But why isnt this possible an easier way?

If this is from the reseller level you have the options of either choosing the shared server IP or the one in the backup.

If your getting this from the ser level, perhaps you should submit a feature request/bug report to have this corrected or made more stremlined.
