Move user between 2 servers with DA

Hello,
I got a new user that I want to migrate to a new server.
On the old server he has the username "u022" (he was user 22 on that server ). But on the old server he will need another user login. He is able to change things himself (like MySQL logins based on the username).

What would be the best way to transfer all data from the old server to the new server, and to change the user login?
I tried using admin backup, but there I can't change the user login?

Admin backup/transfer is still the best option. You can change the user login afterwards.
Or rename the admin backup.

So create a backup, then you will have a file calle something like user.reseller.oldname.tar.gz and you could rename that to user.reseller.newname.tar.gz and restore it after doing this rename.
Admin is also a reseller so then it could be admin.admin.oldname.tar.gz and change to admin.admin.newname.tar.gz.
Keep an original copy, just to be sure.

Thanks for you reply. As a fact, there is a special reason : u022 is already in use on the new server (as username).

You're welcome. I hope it will work like this for you. It should. Especially since you already are aware in the website the database credentials need change.
