Solved move website but not enough for the backup

I want to move or backup my website to use it on another machine,
but the disk space on my current machine is running low
website have 250GB
free disk 50GB


What should I do to be able to backup or move it?
- manual move (direct ftp) ?
- change path backup ?

Just do backup only important data, except website data. and restore in new server, then using "rsync" to sync the website into new server.

small web less than 100MB
but large email 300GB

it use rsync ?
