If you post your outgoing mailserver name one of us can do some checking for you. You will probably need to use port 587 to relay email (send email to hosts other than your server). DirectAdmin is fairly well blocked against relaying through port 25. So you might as well check to see if you can send using plain-text authentication on port 587.
Is the server yours?
If so:
Which exim.conf file are you using (you can post the first ten lines if you're not sure)? Have you changed it in any way? Have you checked your firewall?
