Multiple Email Copies due to CC

Hi!

In my company several people need to be reading each other's emails. The current solution is the following:

Email addresses forward mails to one another:
Person1 --> Person2, Person3
Person2 --> Person3, Person1
Person3 --> Person1, Person2
etc..

Problems arise as soon as customers CC several persons in our company: emails will arrive in multiples which can be quite annoying given there are about 8 people who need to be reading each others email.

Is there not a script or something which can prevent multiple email copies being sent to each inbox? After all, their message IDs are identical.

So just create a forward that goes to all the people that need it.

Then the person emailing can reply to that email. Just make sure your staff uses the reply-to field when sending mails out.
