mx <-> exchange server

I'm using my own exchange server (and a backup from my provider).

How do I reflect this in my mx record?
I have already added the following a record

mail.mydomain.be. A 80.200.xxx.xxxx

now how do I proceed to add the following into the mx record?

mydomain.be. MX 10 mail.mydomain.be.
mydomain.be. MX 50 relay.mx.skynet.be.

I can only add mydomain.be. MX 10, but how do I make it point to mail.mydomain.be ???

seem to work fine.
Their way of defining mx records seems a bit odd, but as long as it works
