My new DirectAdmin server is not sending emails.
My DNS is hosted on Cloudflare. My MX records send email from mydomain.com to Google (aspmx.l.google.com). A quick test shows that when the server sends email, it tries to route it through Google and then gets rejected.
Is it possible to route all mail from mydomain.com through Google and all mail from newserver.mydomain.com through my new DirectAdmin server?
E.g. can I just create two MX records for
MX mydomain.com aspmx.l.google.com
MX newserver.mydomain.com newserver.mydomain.com
Basically, I want [email protected] to route through Google and [email protected] to route through the server
Can I do this? I'd try it, but I'm afraid if I screw it up I'll lose incoming emails for awhile.
