Hello, I have a server with directadmin, with ip 184.75.252.239, 74.117.159.17, and unfortunately emails sent SPAM reach the tray. I have tried everything without solution. Apparently neither IP is blacklisted, and managed to validate the SPF record.

Deputy head of a mail received in the tray spam:

I don't see the specific hotmail error in your quote. Post the entire error message you see from Hotmail (without changing or hiding any data) and your real hostname and IP#. and we may be able to help you troubleshoot.

Looking at your attachment I don't see where it says that at all.

I see:

The only place I believe you'll find the answers are possibly in your logs (see if the recipient server is telling you anything besides that it accepted the email) or definitely in their logs (but opening up a discussion with them could be impossible.

Tell us the from address and to address of a problem email, and the domain name of the domain it's being sent by, and maybe we can help trace this.

I understand why you don't want to do this, but if you don't there's no way for any of us to run the lookups we need to run before we can come up with suggestions. Note I don't respond to Private Message requests including such data except to tell you that I'd be happy to do it for you as a commercial service.

So if you'd like community help, from me and/or others, perhaps you can create temporary from and to addresses, which you can delete later.

Jeff
