no backups = no data
1 backup = no backups
2 backups in different locations (geo/providers) = 1 backup.
also check backup consistency.

The only backups that are working are those on extra different location offline storage.

Then you have to check random regular on a different system, not in/on same network segments ! that those backups are working if restored to have your IT back and working.
( if possible offline)

This could be the only cure to prevent for example ransomware hacks.

Databases i do more backups , also manual once a month , or before and after changes in software of updates. To prevent errors made by myself for example.


You can do those by DA GUI, But i do them also in PHPMYADMIN and or ADMINER , check there the Character Set

Server admins, or even more important the Database Admins / Apllication admins should have/made extra backups and also some version registrations

Oyea i like printed materials ( backups on paper as printed invoices are) , you can heath your house with it to save some energy costs. haha

Can't help with that.
But please do first make some backups on other levels and check them they are working ( other location) FTP client per user and Database ( DA GUI download database, PHPmyadmin or even with Adminer if those aren't working yet.

Filemanager you can copy files in clipboard and download the rars
